It's at a Dealer. So you will have to pay sales tax. Plus probably up to $500 in document/ title fees.

yes, you will pay taxes. About 8 to 9% in California. There are only a few states with no sales tax. Oregon, for example, has no sales tax. If you live in Oregon, you can buy cars in other states and have the tax waved.

That's a decent price, but you might be able to negotiate down to 66k or so.
