Curb rash repair

Hello I am new to the forums and I have rather large scratch in my rim that I'd like to attempt to repair.
Here is a stock picture of the rim
One website said the color was High sheen titanium silver. While another post I read on here said WURTH Silver paint works on all German alloy rims(which I'm skeptical). Does anyone know the correct color? Better yet the exact paint to buy?

Now my curb rash is not typical it's more of a big golf ball shaped rash toward the center of the spoke where the angle of the spoke peaks. And it's rather deep, the paint is completely stripped. Perhaps I'll post pictures tomorrow.
Is it possible to repair the spot(without obvious color contrast) or would the entire rim need to be treated? Any tips to help me not completely ruin my rim are much appreciated. Does anyone advise against attempting this?

Can't tell too well, but if it's deep or you want it looking factory finished, you would need to bring the wheel to a wheel shop. They grind down the location to take out the gouges or "rash", repair and then paint entire wheel over. I've been thru this many times, with many different wheels and it comes out like diamonds.
