HELP with 2014 CLS LEASE!!!

Hello everyone,
So I am looking to lease a 2014 CLS550. I have 2 dealerships I am working with at the moment. I am far from an expert when it comes to getting a good deal on a lease. No idea about money factors, residuals, interest etc. Please HELP!!! Here are the lease deals they are offering.
Dealer #1: MSRP of vehicle $84,870. Two options: $2000 down, 12K miles/year for $959/month x 39 months or $3000 down for $937/month x 39 months
Dealer #2: MSRP of vehicle $86,240. $3143 down, 12k miles/year x 39 months for $939/month or $989/month for 15k miles/year x 39 months
I know the 2015's are coming in a couple of months but I figured they would want to unload their 2014's and get a good deal on them. What would be a good lease payment with minmal out of pocket. Thanks for the HELP!!!!

These are decent deals, not great. If you don't need 15,000 miles a year then save the $50/month. .Dealer 2. 12,000 miles/year is a better deal, you are getting more car for your $$. when you break it down monthly you are paying $1,010-$1,019/month total over the 39 month period. I wouldn't do a 39 month lease.. 24-30 tops.

If you don't mind me asking. What was the final agreed upon final price for the vehicle, residual and money factor.

I just picked up a 2014 CLS.. I got a great deal. You should be able to get a 2014 in the mid to low $800's because the facelifted car is coming out in november.

There's a $3500 customer certificate incentive on the MY14 CLS. Dealers in certain highly-competitive markets are able to apply it twice to get you up to $7000 below invoice. My local dealer here in Los Angeles is even digging into part of their holdback to move MY14 cars. If you can't get at least $6000 below invoice from your dealer, it might be worthwhile to drive/fly to a more competitive market for a better price.
