2012 CLS 550 with 19k miles wont start!!!!
Hi guys,
I own a 2012 CLS 550. I travelled 200 miles a couple of nights ago in the rain. I got back parked my car and it refused to start since then. I took out the keyless go button and tried the keyfob. it still wont roll. all the lights et al come on tho.
I read up a common problem associated with the crankshaft position sensor.
I do not know if this is what i'm experiencing. I however, understood, it seems from what i have read, that people whose cars have been diagnosed with a crank position sensor related problem at least state that their starter/igintion motors roll. In my case, the starter does not roll at all.
I have checked all starter/ ignition related fuses, they all look okay.
Battery also seems ok and strong on power. i have also tried the spare without luck.
any help pls!!!

Doesn't sound like the key if the acc is coming on. I'm assuming it's in park. May need to reset the computer. Have mercedes roadside assistance come. It's free. Car is also under warranty right? If it's something simple they can fix it on the spot, if not, they can tow it to the dealer.
