Looking at 2012 CLS550 4Matic
Whoops call me a newb, I should have posted this in the C218 forum...can a mod move the post for me?
In my quest for a new-to-me daily driver, the CLS550 4matic looks interesting...4 door with pretty good looks, all wheel drive, not many around where I live, and solid power/performance and good assortment of tech features depending on option packages, etc. Pricing on the used market is coming more into my comfort zone lately for 2012's with mileage around the 40-50k miles range.
I have yet to drive one so this is still the research phase of my search.
Are there any significant issues or problem areas to be aware of when looking at this model year of the CLS550 4matic? Scanning the forum here I don't really see much, other than some tire wear complaints, etc

So I did find some threads referring to a known issue with a fuse/control module for the airmatic suspension, but it seems this only impacted "some" of the 2012 models, I guess probably the earlier production runs off the factory floor?
There are two 2014 models for sale somewhat nearby that I may go check out and try on for size, since those more recent model years have not depreciated quite enough yet to be in my price range
