Hey guys,
Its been 3 years since I own the car and has been trouble free till today.
It was fine in the morning when I went for grocery shopping. During the night, I tried to start the car but it doesn't crank at all.
All I hear is 1 click noise from the bonnet, dash light comes on, DRL/Headlight comes on as well. I can move the transmission to R/N/D.
However, the in-dash monitor, and seat adjustment does not work.
I am hoping this is just a dead battery but want to hear your opinions on what the issues may be. Unfortunately, I can't jump start the battery now as my wife is away on a 2 day business trip with the other car.
In Indonesia, there is no 24 hr MB roadside assistance or AAA.![Frown](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif)
Desperately needs your help.

That battery has to have some warranty left on it. However, it is good news to know that the issue is just a battery.

probably not, even brand new cars in sold in other markets such as asia only come with a very basic 1-2 year warranty on the car itself, if even that. in the states, we get the to pay the cheapest price for the car, gas and have the best warranty.

However, I brought the car to a workshop and they hook it up to a battery tester. Seems that the battery is fine and healthy.
Seems weird as these past few days, when I was cleaning the car with the doors open (footwell light turns on), the car didn't want to start again. The footwell light was only about 15 mins on. My car didn't have the ambient lightning option in the instrument panel to switch it off or turn the brightness down.

I suspect there seems to be a battery drain with one of the electrical components.
