When will the CLS get a redesign or new updates?

I'm currently in the market for a CLS. To my knowledge the car got a face lift in 2015 with some minor exterior and interior changes from the 2012-2104 models. Are there any plans for a complete redesign in the near future? Or is the updates in model year 2015 considered the big changes?

Just trying to decide if I should wait it out if there's a newer CLS around the corner or just get a 2015 now. Thanks in advance!

If I have to take a guess, the redesign is due for around model year 2017.

If you have the ability to wait for 6-7 months or so, I'd probably sit tight to see what's in store for 2017 models. 2018 model for sure.

This model came out in 2011 as a 2012 model. Normally the model cycle is seven years. If this holds true, expect the new model in 2018 as a 2019 model car.

2013 S550 4matic (AMG sport package), 2016 Corvette Stingray.

Probably 2018 as noted ^, that's quite a wait if you're in the market today. Just get the facelift. I'll most likely get the next model and keep my S until then.
