Mercedes CLS 350 2012 (Engine Light) P0191
I have a CLS 350 (2012), it's a diesel model.
I was driving around my local town and my engine management light came on, so I popped into my local Kwik fit store were I knew someone who helped me identify why the engine light was on:
The stored faults:
P0191 (Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor - Outside Specified Range)
The guy erased the faults, the engine light was reset. All was good for the rest of the day and then the following morning the engine light came back on.
Any ideas on this? Where is this located? Is it easy to replace? I don't have warranty either
See attached the pictures of the fault.
RESOLVED: PROBLEM WAS Engine Control Module (ECM), Replaced under warranty.

I have checked many things the past few days since posting this thread:
Put half tank of fresh 'ultimate diesal'.
Drove different speeds, 40, 60, 70, 80, 100, 110mph (no signs of any problems.
No error messages on the cluster instrument.
All electronic features work fine
Didn't find any leaks.
Things that caught my attention:
- Takes longer to start my car up (Cold starts only).
- A few times I have heard a clicking noise at low speeds after rough driving.
I will take a peak and try what you mentioned over the weekend.
