New here and first time w/ Benz, so I have plenty of questions. But I will start with hopefully an easy one. I did some research and couldn't find any recent discussions on this topic.

Does anyone have any recent experience with Mercedes Me? Bought a CPO 2013 CLS and after registering with Mercedes Me it keeps saying my VIN is being verified. I called and spoke to Customer Care 4 times and finally they told me it does take several weeks to verify since they are verifying the motor vehicle records, but did assure me in MB system I am the owner.

Any ideas how long this verification process takes? Looking most forward to having access to warranty information similar to On Star.

it takes almost 2 weeks... its not a big deal, the amount of info they provide you once it goes through isnt worth much

Thank you! That's what I was looking for. Hopefully the service and features expand soon; I mean this is 2016.
