SOUND COMMAND

Hello

I have a CLS 350 CDI of 2015
I have a problem with the COMMAND GPS
When the GPS "speaks" the sound of the radio remains at the same level(it is supposed to be lower)

I have activated this function in the menu

Mercedes has installed a new GPS:no change

The dealer is not able to sove that issue

Any suggestion?

(I am located in France)

Never heard of this problem...

However, you can make the GPS voice louder by pressing volume increase button while GPS is speaking.

There should be an option in the maps tabs that allows you to reduce music sound when navigation is speaking
