Hi

I own a cls mercedes 320d 2006. Soon as i turn my ignition on it get a yellow caution sign along with error message ESP inoperative and also run flat inoperative. I have took it to a local specialist dealer and he has said the fault is swirl pool or inlet motor fault and quoted 500 pounds. I have been on a lot of forums and they all say a sensor fault. has anyone had this? the fault I have been given by dealer doesn't add up?

Thanks mate! luckily I didn't go ahead with this. I did take it to another guy tho seemed really nice and done diagnosis in front of me. he went ahead and changed brake switch. this fixed the issue but after 10 mins this fault rises again. rang him back up for him to investigate more. I will check tyres! hopefully this isn't going to be expensive
