Best starter battery for CLS 550 C218
Hi All,
I have a 2012 CLS 550 (branded as a CLS 500 where I live in Sydney, Australia).
The starter battery died without warning this morning and a local battery shop came by and changed it out for a Varta E44 (780 cold cranking amps, 77 amp capacity). The original was 800 and 80. I went on to the Varta website (I think they are the OEM supplier) and they list a Varta F21 AGM which is 800 cold cranking amps and 80 amp capacity.
Should I bother changing them over? The shop will do so if I wish.
