Broken Grill Star/Emblem
Some ***** tried to rip the Mercedes star emblem off the front grill of my 2013 CLS550 4matic 
. It was bent forward and when I tried to bend it back it broke. It's the emblem that's about 6"-8" in diameter. Anyone know the part #? I've searched on Google and the search function on this forum but no luck. Thanks!
Update: Found answer on Ebay: Part # is OE 0001016

Well I received the new Star Emblem for the front grill today and before installing it, I Googled "replace Mercedes star grill emblem" and glad I did. Otherwise I'm not sure I would have gotten what was left of the old emblem out or the new one back in, at least not without making things worse. Turns out the whole assembly behind the emblem needs to come out which is accomplished by reaching in just behind the emblem from the front of the car and turning the whole assembly counterclockwise which releases the assembly and you then pull it out, remove the old emblem, press on the new, and then you put the whole assembly back in and twist clockwise back to normal position.
