Hello I have a 2016 cls550. when I close the door , I don't get that "thud " sound when i close the door from the outside. There seems to be a rattle which I think must be coming from the mirror housing that is attached to the door. The mirror doesn't vibrate while I drive so i don't think it is loose

When i get in the car and close from the inside it sounds solid

Is this normal ?
