Looking at the manual--I do not see a section that specifies what is leather versus vinyl
Obviously, the seats are leather
The dash looks like it's leather--is it?
how about the door panels?
Maybe there is a resource that details this?

I'm looking myself but I do know the door inserts are leather and so is the center of the steering wheel (horn/airbag cover) at least on the one with wood trim. i was wondering about the dash myself. I did see one video that said if it looks like leather in the CLS it is but i do know they are doing the mb tex padded dash on some models like the new GLC and C class so I don't know.

They make vinyl so well that they mimic leather real well
