It seems like there is boost issue of some sort, when punching it the turbos will all of a sudden stop working like the pressure becomes to high and they shut off to save the motor etc. I thought renntech made solid tune jobs where you wouldn’t have t worry about hurting your equipment. Can anyone shed some light on my issue ?

Check your fuel, may be sensing some knock. What octane are you running? Try mixing a couple gallons of 100 and see if it stops.Originally Posted by MB Power

Did you get the 93 octane tune? there is a slightly lesser tune that is set to run on 91 octane. I'm considering it, too.

Exactly the same issue I am having, checked with them several times and they keep saying nothing wrong with the tune.Originally Posted by MB Power

IN E Mode everything is fine, smooth etc. Sport mode has a sensitive throttle response but once you WOT around 3500rpm upwards, there is a very noticeable hestitation around 4000, 4800 rpm.
It feels like a cuts out power for a brief moment and resumes again, so the result is the acceleration is not very smooth WOT. If you feather it or only 75% throttle then it seems fine.
Disappointed with this tune actually and no solution - checked fuel (98 octane) new plugs, air filters new BMC.
