Buying used 2015 CLS400 - fuse block replaced = electrical problems?

Buying used 2015 CLS400 - fuse block replaced = electrical problems?
I've been looking for a used CLS400 and came across one that is CPO but I see on the Carfax that at 20 miles, which is before the first owner took possession, the fuse block was replaced by the dealer during an electrical system check.

Is this car prone to any issues related to electrical or the fuse block that I should know and stay away from? Do you think this record is a sign to stay away from this car? The car only has 21,000 miles on it right now.
