How do I remove cigarette lighter box
since there is no driver side fuse box, I want to hardwire Valentine 1 through cigarette lighter for my wife’s 2015 CLS550. It looks like I need to remove the cup holder first before getting to the cigarette lighter box. Has anyone done this in a CLS? I don’t want to use the Savvy OBD connection for the risk of draining battery for wife’s car. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated

I did this a few months ago and if I remember rightly you remove the rubber mat in the bottom of the cup holder and unscrew it. That'll pull out and you can unscrew the cigarette lighter and pull it out. I think I have the instructions knocking around somewhere, if I find them I'll attach them to the thread
