What if any are the real differences??
So I am looking at the W218's and can not see a real difference in parts. My car is a 16 and I am looking all over for a AC condenser but low and behold MB says its a discontinued part WTF, on a 1yr old car really? I plug in the part number from a 15 and its says it wont fit but I will be dammed if I can see or tell the difference. What am I missing here??

Ok I will get on the MB parts sites and it says this part does not fit your car even though I know it will. The discontinued part numb is 2045000854 I guess what I cant tell is whats the difference between this and 099 500 06 54 which is the part for the 2015 W218???

Only alternate part # EPC shows is 0995000654 however notes to use 0995000354 + mounting frame 0995050041 instead up to 8/13/2015 production. 0995000854 previously given is from 8/13/2015. Every one of these part #s show as not fitting 2016 cls550 on your site. Might I suggest you post or PM VIN or call local dealer using VIN. Furthermore, EPC is what your local dealer will use.
