Hello just bought 2014 cls550 4matic. Its very clean and is certified pre owned car. I got car from dealer, I want to change both sets of pads out to pad with less brake dust. Would it violate the rest of certified warranty if I switch. The old pads and rotors are very good and from dealer and mercedes OEM but brake dust is a problem.

No, your warranty should not be affected.
The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act says it's illegal for companies to void a warranty or deny coverage under the warranty because an aftermarket or recycled part was used.
