Greetings, folks. I just (today) bought a 2014 CLS550 after my 2010 E550 got rear-ended several days ago. Looking at the VIN decoder told me the CLS was equipped with Keyless GO and the ignition keys are the same form as those I had for Keyless GO in the E550.

But the Start Engine button is missing. In searching online I've found multiple sources for OEM or copies of MB part no. 2215450714 and several sites list the compatible models. None of those lists include the 2014 CLS550, but with all those it does include, and it looks like the old E550's, I'm guessing it will work.

Does anyone know if it will work, or alternatively if it won't, what part no. I should seek. The 2215450714 part is the only one I've found so far (reinforcing my hunch that it is the right one).

OK, I did find one compatibility listing that includes my car, so one is on the way.
