CLS63 15+

Hi Everyone,

New to the CLS forum and I've been itching to purchase a CLS63, I like the updated look of the 2015+ models. Could you tell me if there's any differences between a 15, 16 or 17 model? I've been looking at a few between those years and I was wondering if there's any updates I should look for i.e. Auto pilot improvements, remote auto start functionality or anything relevant on those three years I should consider.

Any information is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I researched the same thing for the CLS550 (not the AMG) and I concluded that 2016 was the sweet spot model year due to Carplay support and the 9G-Tronic being introduced that year. There were virtually no notable changes in 2017.

I had no idea on the 9G, to your point, its only v8 non AMG model. It's weird how MB did not included in their v6 engine (CLS400). We would think the v6 would benefit from the 9g, not sure the logic on that.
