Multicontour seat problem.............
Hey everyone,
I just purchased a 2014 CLS550 4Matic on Saturday and drove it 1100+ miles home. No issues with the car other than the multicontour drivers seat failing twice on the way home.
On two separate occasions, I noticed the side bolsters moving apart from one another and when I pressed the button to reactivate them, the light lit up and then turned off immediately with no response from the seat. I stopped for gas at one point and when I turned on the car, the seat was active again no with no problems until about 300 miles later when I noticed the side bolsters moving apart again. Once again, I pressed the button and the light lit up and quickly turned off again with no response from the seat. In addition, I just had the "AUX BATTERY MALFUNCTION" message appear and am wondering if that may be the cause of the seat issue.
Any thoughts?

Came here to ask about the same thing. Havent had my 2013 but 2 months and same. but mine doesn't start working again after restart. I've tried pulling fuses and unhooked battery for ten minutes. Sigh...
