Stand water

Hi guys, so maybe I'm just being paranoid but it was raining hard as hell in SoCal yesterday and there's only one way into my home and that was through almost 6-8 inches of Moving water. I used the lift button to raise the car as high I can and went through it fairly slowly, but still managed to get some dirty water in weird areas of the car. My question to you guys is, could there be any damage to the car? I opened up the hood and checked the intakes and they were dry, so the engine part is good, however could any undercarriage parts be damaged? Like tranny, or differential?

The under carriage is not the issue. The lower sills are that's where allot the wiring runs thru

Like the door sills? I don't think the water got that high.
