CLS Parking light as DRL's

Below has Parking light being used as a DRL:

I have the exact same question. How can I use my front parking lights as DRL as well? I learned this is mandatory in some countries like US or Canada. Is it possible to enable it on my 2012 W218 CLS 63 AMG?
