In Ontario, Canada, it is illegal to have a radar detector in your vehicle. A friend of mine has an install in his Jag XKR that is stealth, with a read out on his dash, between the guages. He told me that the brand he uses cannot be picked up by the cop's detector detector, so he feels confident in using it.

The stealth aspect is of interest to me. Anyone with experience?

I'm also pretty interested in finding out who has done this. Getting a tune soon, and I drive between NC and MD often. 85 through Virginia can be a "buzzkill" if you're not properly "equipped" *hint hint* *wink wink*
