Dynamic multi-contour seat malfunction

I would like to ask if any of you have come across this problem as I have. My MB W218 has malfunction of the dynamic multicontour seat that it does its pulse and dynamic functions for only 1 minute after the engine has been ignited. It stops working and never comes back on function at all until I re-start the engine.

Help me please.

I had a similar experience with the multi-contour driver's seat in my previous '14 CLS550 and the problem was fixed once I replaced the auxiliary battery. Apparently, when the battery is towards the end of it's life, it affects a number of the car's features.
