RennTech HHT (hand held tuner) allows you the unlimited ability to switch between tuned and stock ECU programming and requires no ECU removal. RennTech proprietary tuning module stores both the RennTech tuned file and your vehicles stock file. The module plugs directly into the OBD2 port and delivers the file you choose directly to the ECU. Programming takes only a few minutes and the vehicle can be reflashed at any time as many times as you wish. RennTech proprietary ECU upgrade for the Mercedes M278 Biturbo engine offers huge gains in performance across the entire RPM range without sacrificing around town comfort or daily driver reliability. With the newest update of their Software Upgrade for the M278 – 4.7L V8 BiTurbo, RennTech boosts the 550-Series to AMG Power Levels. The RennTech upgraded M278 now produces up to 540 HP and 705 LB-FT at crank. Compared to power numbers by Mercedes-Benz, the CLS 550 gains up to 105 HP and 262 LB-FT. This Software update delivers up to 10 HP and 99 LB-FT more than the previous version. The vast amount of increased torque across the entire RPM range gives the 550 an extra edge to compete with AMG powered vehicles. All this without sacrificing around town comfort and daily driver reliability.

RennTech full carbon fiber rear spoiler for the 218 CLS is the proverbial “cherry on top” and a stunning addition to the rear of the CLS exterior. Its unique design complements the refined trunk lines yet offers a more aggressive, stand-out look. RennTech rear spoiler was designed, engineered and tested in-house as a fully functional aerodynamic exterior upgrade for the CLS. The rear spoiler offers a smooth transition of airflow over the trunk lid of the vehicle to ambient air and produces greater down force across the rear of the vehicle at speed. Its high-quality prepreg carbon fiber construction is finished in a beautiful gloss top coat to ensure years of durability and stunning good looks. This rear spoiler is a fully functional aerodynamic component as well as an aggressive exterior enhancement on the muscular CLS. The design is perfect as a stand alone component or in conjunction with our other component exterior aerodynamic upgrades such as our CLS rear diffuser and 3pc carbon fiber splitter. RennTech T-304 stainless steel (SS) sport mufflers are hand made and rigorously tested to remove any unwanted resonances in the cabin to deliver a deep sound that keeps with the character of a luxury performance vehicle. RennTech mufflers with 2 1/2 inch diameter tubing offer lighter weight than the stock exhaust and improve performance by reducing exhaust back pressure, increasing exhaust gas flow and cylinder scavenging. The RennTech sport mufflers utilize the stock floating tip set up and OEM bumper tips.

Renntech V3 Digital Suspension Lowering Module

The RennTech V3 Digital Lowering Module (DLM) is designed to work with all available Mercedes Airmatic or ABC (Hydraulic) Suspensions.The unit allows the user to have full control over all four corners of the vehicle’s suspension and adjust in 1mm increments. The DLM requires no splicing or soldering to the factory wiring harness. The RennTech harness utilizes the factory pins as to allow a completely reversible installation. The unit also supports speed-dependant lowering that allows the vehicle to return to its factory ride-height at a pre-set speed. This removes the need for the vehicle to be aligned after lowering. The user can maintain the factory longevity and still have the lowered look at low speeds. All RennTech DLMs are adjustable via USB using either Windows or Android OS.The software allows the user to adjust the ride-height at each corner in 1mm increments independently.The software also has three locations where the user can store pre-configured suspension setups for quick changes.
