Stabilizer Bar Link, Front Axle replacement
Just got my inspection done and got underneath the car with the mechanic and he showed me pretty badly worn stabilizer bar link bushings on both sides in the front. Also the front right boot is showing a slight leak. He told me I should replace the right axle as well as getting two new stabilizer links for the front. My car has 50k miles on it, how fast should I get the work done? Also the aftermarket parts cost much much less then the Mercedes OE parts, should I risk it and use them or buy OEM parts? Anyone with a similar experience or any advice or tips? TIA.
