Jerky transmission when cold
I have a 2013 CLS550 with 48K on it and noticed a jerky transmission when cold. The problem goes away once the car warms up. Anyone else had this issue? I heard a flush may help.

I've never really heard good things about flushing. I would do a complete fluid change though.

thats what I was told as well, to not do a flush but change fluids and with my 14 it requires change every 70k from what I was told, I did the change at 100k bc I bought it after that 70k mark and it had never been done and car seems to be smoother since fluids changed.

yes, it’s sorta common, but it is due to metal wear products in the fluid. Pull the pan and look for a silvery sludge. If found, Do a “double” fluid change... (one complete fluid change, drive for a day, then do it again) to completely clean it out. You might feel an improvement after the first change, but the second one takes care of it.
