Do you mean dip switches? To work with native screen in CLS 7inch my unit needed 3 6 and 8 set to ON. Remember these must be toggled when the unit is off.

I think I am ready to give up on the 12 inch screen working in my CLS - Can't seem to get any sound out of CarPlay while anything out of the original NTG still comes out and works just fine. This might be a good compromise. Which seller did you get your unit from, there seems to be a lot of them and most are junk.
