Driver side headrest...
So I just noticed that my drivers side headrest won't move up and down, when I press the adjustment button I hear the motor. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this and if the back of the seat can be opened to check it out?
I am able to move the headrest up and down manually so I feel something came loose.
While trying to diagnose the issue, moving the headrest I noticed a hissing sound, seems something disconnected in the back of the seat. The pulse function won't function in the back seat either, it flashes twice when pressed.
