Rear parking light lights bass rattle

When I play a song that has thumping bass, I checked around for a few minutes to see where it’s coming from, and it’s exactly where the rear parking sensor lights are. When I pressed up against it when the bass was thumping, it stopped, and when I released it was back.

There is an outline around it so I can get a trim tool to pop it out, but I want to make sure it’s safe to do so and I don’t accidentally rip out a wire or something lol. Anybody have the same issue?

Mine was hanging down when I bought the car. Popped in with no issue. I think you will be fine popping it out

I just did this. Basically pull down from the back then slide backward. Remove foam deadener carefully, add dynamat, and put the foam back on top. Really makes a difference. Cuts down vibration a lot. not completely but quite a bit when matched with the back grill dynamat.

Opened it up to check it out, played some music, no rattling from there. Popped it back in, rattles begun, I've checked for Dynamat, but it's like $280 on amazon for a set of 9, and I only need it for this place + the passenger door where the chrome/aluminum trim is at the very end near the seatbelt. I don't see any local places that carry it, so I'm gonna look for an alternative with great reviews and at least the same thickness level. Thank you for the video, it helped a lot. It's weird how I've owned the car for over a year and it just started making this rattle though.
