Voice Command
I have the issue with the voice control command, as when I use it it only goes to the navigation screen. For instance when I initiate it and ask to say CALL, it does not recognize it but just goes to navigation commands automatically. It will not accept any command as CALL, HELP, Etc. The voice command does beep and asks for a command but that is it,.. DO I need a software update or refresh?

Have you solved your problem i went to B1 Service to the dealer they upgraded the software after that voice recognation is tolally not responding on nothing before i was only not responding on calling someone. When i bought the car nov 2019 i was working but for some months now i think 2 months ago it was not working anymore on phones

I wish someone else would chime in on this but I think it has to do with the Comand system not being programmed correctly or not from beginning nit having the function??????

somone solution or not my voice recognittion was totally not working i fixed that by resetting to factory default but still is not repsonding on calling someone.
