Front: A2124012702 9 x 19 ET37 28,6lbs = 13 kg
Rear: A2184012002 10 x 19 ET47 29,7lbs = 13,5kg
I think they will fit to your car because CLS 350 don't have the big brake calibers in front like 550 does. Because of that those rims didn't fit to my car. CLS63 have even bigger calibers than 550 but they are not so "far out" like on 550.
If I were u, I would try to put them on before buying them. They are forged wheels but a quite heavy, but that a different story. Good luck!
