The other day I'm reading an article on the 2015 CLS400 and see that "Lane keep, blind spot, forward collision, and adaptive cruise" are all in the same package.
I'm not exactly sure I believe that, but I DO have Lane keep, blind spot, and forward collision.
I do have radar sensors in my bumper, but it is listed as 05, and maybe 10 is needed, I think 03 is only blind spot.
So would it just be a matter of swapping the radar sensor (if it's needed) and adding the star, and maybe enable in coding? I still have all the adaptive cruise menu's in my car and they identify lanes and stuff.
I'm not sure I understood your question. If you have the package installed on your car from factory, you should have the system operating and ready to be used. And what exactly is listed as 05 vs 10 or 03?
On my window sticker the package 997 "Driver Assistance Package" includes: disctronic plus with steering assist, active blind spot assist, active lane keeping assist, bas plus with cross traffic assist, pre-safe plus with rear impact protection, pre-safe brake with pedestrian recognition.
The package 996 Parking Assist Package includes: parktronic with active parking assist, surround view camera system. I will try to upload later the sticker so you could see yourself.
You would need one on the right and left of the rear diffuser. My right one had so much dirt on it that the car was thinking a car was about to hit me. My seat belt would tighten, and this would happen for my entire trip to a store. I eventually turned the system off and cleaned it lol.
