Does this light up?

Hi Guys,

Can anyone tell me if this turns on / lights up....or is it just a reflector?
The centre of the rear lower diffuser.

Where are you at? In Europe, the brake light is in the diffuser, so when you hit the brakes, it will light up. In North America, the brake light is on top of the rear windshield. Some people in North America who want to swap diffusers often buy the wrong one (they buy the one for European cars) and then it looks like they have a brake light.
