So I have ordered original rear fog lamps that go on diffuser on CLS W218s, however it did not come wiht harness or wire to plug and connect to my taillights.
I need help finding the harnes 2 pin connect or the part# so I can route to my taillights.

I dont even think it came with the wiring pigtail for the rear fog. At least I have not seen it last time i had the rear bumper off. Also did not get the rear fog option in the headlight switch
I think you would need the europe spec headlight switch, as well as the harness and STAR coding to get a true OEM setup. Otherwise just custom wire it and put a switch in the blank spots where the fog light switches would go
Quick update: I was able to find a pintail from and cut it fit the 3rd brake light. I wired it up to my taillight and you have magic. I will leave links to the 3rd Brake light and connector, as well as some pictures. I made quick youtube video for anyone that install it themselves for their CLS550 W219
