2003 SL55 AMG GT , 2000 BMW 323I coupe
Saying Hello

Hi everyone,
I recently sold my SL55 amg and am now in a 2015 CLS 400 4matic.
Couldn't keep up with maintenance costs of the SL
55, besides having to replace the engine.
I'm hoping I have better experiences with my new baby.
Any recommendations for maintenance to the CLS 400 will be appreciated. Owners of this car know what's best. Hope to hear from members of my new forum group.

CLS400 4Matic EC Tuned
If you want the same power from your SL55 (unfortunately not the same sound), get the Eurocharged Canada/Eurocharged Houston stage 1 tune. 480 horsepower and 520-530 pound feet on 91 octane. It will completely change the car. Tbh with the Shell 93 we have here, I believe my car is at 500 horsepower and 540 pound feet at the crank. Might buy a dragy in December and I'll have new Michelins by then, then I'll try to get a 0-60. The best time I got last year was 4.2 on like a 3-4% upward slope but the test was in may when it was warmer on 91 octane. I believe I could crack under 4 seconds in the winter with 93 octane. If you really wanna go for it, a TCU tune alongside the ECU tune would be crazy, because even in S mode, the shifts aren't fast. I'm sure coming from your AMG you've recognized this, along with the delay on the paddles. I couldn't recommend this tune enough considering how much of a power difference there is from stock numbers/performance to the tuned version.

One more thing to add is that for my car pre-tune, when I would be in sport and switch to eco, I would press on the accelerator and at times nothing would happen and there would be like a 2-3 second delay which was mind-blowing as it could be dangerous in lets say a left turn situation. After the tune, this has rarely occurred, probably on 2-5x and I've been tuned for almost two and a half years.
