I have a pre-owned 2016 W218 CLS550 with a build date of 11/15. Is there a way to find the Command APS NTG5/NTG5.5firmwareversion without going to the dealer? I'm interested in pursuing the activation of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Yes, try this Remember to not press factory reset inside, only look at the software information section don't press factory reset, it will mess up all the settings for all your vehicle systems. This is not the same factory reset as the COMAND one, it erases more than you ever want.
