Hey guys - I have a 2019 CLS 450 4 Matic and currently it has 20 inch AMG wheels and I live in the North East. You can not get all-season tires for it and the summer tires keep getting sidewall cuts. I am thinking of moving to 19-inch wheel. With the difference in the wheel and tire size do I need to do anything to the car to get the correct speed and odometer reading?

just be sure that the tire OD is the same for what ever you run on the 19. Your ride quality should improve, too.
