I’ve recently had to replace both of my air shocks in the front due to them both not working . I was getting vehicle too low, stop car message. So I replaced them and now the front of the car won’t air up . I can’t hear or see no leaks . Could the compressor have went bad?
Have you hooked a Xentry to it to see if there are any flags? When you say not working, what exactly wasn't working? Was the front of the car on the ground, the entire car, etc? When they trouble shoot this, they start with the distribution block ( near around under the back bumper ) with soapy water to see if it's leaking there. If after replacement the same problem exists, fair bet the struts weren't the issue. The back has leveling sensors that can rust and throw off the heights. I've not had trouble with the front yet, but i'm sure that's coming. If you used those arnotts replacement I've read mixed reviews - i had it done at the dealer, cost alot, but mostly parts. More info will probably help although there does not seem to be many master mechanics on here passing out free info for fun. I don't blame them. If you find anyone who will take a commision for teaching me how to bridge Xentry with WIS / ASCA - because once you know the WIS has protocols and tests that avoid replacing 1200 dollar parts that aren't broken in theory.
I changed the front 2 shocks because the car was sitting too low and I couldn’t turn right or left without the tires rubbing . And I knew it was the shocks because I can hear air leaking for the bags.
My experience was the same in that the car was on the ground, however the instant i started it within 5 seconds it was where it needed to be. If the back stays up then your compressor should be fine. Sounds like the block. If there is no air coming through the tubes to the front at all, again block or lines would be logical. I feel for you, these repairs are not cheap.
