MultiBeam from US version to EU version

2016 Mercedes Benz CLS400 W218
MultiBeam from US version to EU version
Hello everyone,

I got my CLS400 2016 with US version multibeam headlights that are broken and wanna change it to EU version multibeam headlights (including all modules). Did anyone know if this is possible and what coding is required? Thank You
