I have a CLS 500 2012, just recently I am now facing an issue that has reduced power, car does not give its full power so instead of the 408bhp the car comes with I feel like I have about 250.
also upon cold starts and sometimes on warm starts the car has a rattle sound for a couple seconds then goes, my mechanic said when I first told them about the rattle is that it is a small issue, but now this turbo issue has come, starting to think they are related. Any thoughts?

Any updates since you posted this? I'm experiencing the same issue on my W218 CLS550. I tried this simple fix here (vacuum solenoid valve) but after test drive, problem and code came back after about 10minutes of driving.
