2023 CLS 450 Vibration in steering wheel
Normal idle is 500 rpm however when the engine temp goes about 176 with the A/C on, the idle increases to 850 rpm and there is a slight vibration in the steering wheel. I surmise that it the cooling fan coming on but not sure. Does anyone have any experience with this issue?

You might have better luck in the C257 sub-forum: https://mbworld.org/forums/cls-coupe-c257-247/ as that's the forum for your model year. This particular sub-forum is for the 2010-2017 model year CLS (C218).
For my two cents:
I haven't dealt with any similar issue on my C218, but sounds a bit like motor mounts to me. That would be very strange on a one year old car tho, hopefully the C257 sub-forum guys might be able to give better advice.
