Need help on potential suspension failure
Just got a 13 cls 550 3 days ago and yesterday while i was driving on the freeway speed limit the car made a sudden loud bang or popping noise like i ran something over and my tire popped. The tire pressure low sensor came on then off, then the vehicle too low indicator/sensor came on and told me to immediately stop driving. Car wasn’t grinding or anything and was able to drive normally. Car sat for a day and was towed to a new location and could still drive fine but an indicator on the cluster comes on saying “vehicle too low, stop driving”. The driver side front of the car sags/leans to the front left. Wondering what the issue could be and an average fix time in the shop, all help is appreciated as this is my first Mercedes and real car so i don’t know much, thanks.

Sounds like an airbag blew out. It may be an indication that it's time to replace the whole system with a traditional setup, or coilovers. Just depends on your budget. Without a warranty it's an expensive fix. Keep us posted. You may get better luck with an answer on the E Class forums since it's a more popular car.

The car on the trunk doesn’t say 4matic or have the 4matic emble, just cls 550 on the left side, would i still have air suspension? Also what do you think the best option is for switching the suspension, traditional or coilovers? I got the warranty but i guess it doesn’t kick in for a few weeks, i called the dealer i got it from and they told me they would fix it for free because my warranty isn’t active or something.

Indeed, all the CLS550 models of this era had air suspension.
If the dealer will fix the issue for free, take that offer and don't question it.
All in the price of a single front air shock for my car was quoted at a little over 2.5k, 4.5k for the pair.
If they only replace the one air shock, consider that the other one is of similar age and is likely going to go soon as well. Most shops recommend that you replace them as pairs. So budget to have the other shock replaced as well (assuming your policy doesn't definitely cover the air suspension, seriously check this).
I've been quoted repair times for front air strut replacement at between 2 and 4 days. Depending on part delivery timing.
Conversion kits are available for these models that take them to a more traditional setup. I haven't done that, but I have considered it. My research shows that people are generally happy with these conversions.
