Why does my ADS (active dampening system) randomly deactivate and won’t turn back on.

2013 mercedes benz cls 550
Why does my ADS (active dampening system) randomly deactivate and won’t turn back on.
I have a 13 cls 550 rwd with ADS and while driving it will randomly turn off, i press the button again to reactivate and nothing happens and it won’t “turn on” until i turn off the car and restart it. Am having suspension/air strut issues but with just one air strut. I had it replaced and it started sagging on the first day i got it back as well. Any opinions are accepted thanks.

Take it to a MB workshop ( Dealer or Independent) and have it scanned and diagnosed properly. Sounds like you have a few issues going on.
