"Catalyst Heating Campaign"? what's that about...
So when calling the local dealer today for other business they advised my wife of an outstanding 'Catalyst Heating Campaign Service Action'.
Anyone have more info on this and what it is? From what she was told, it was a software flash.

Ya this is what I was dreading doing. Nonetheless, we have 1 game in town for a dealership, just placed the call, and as suspected they gave me very vague info, mentioned something about catalytic heating, a software only update, gave me a reference number of 2022080011 (which I can't find anywhere online) and told me it's a recall. When I told them that I checked the MB Recall Vin check and it came up as "no outstanding recalls" on my vehicle the dealer rep replied that she is unaware of such a site!
