100 Octane Tune....
Finally getting some good gas and throwing in a race gas tune....any guesses on how much it'll pick up? I'm excited, even though 100 here is $14/gal (yikes!) Previous best in stupid DA (-300ft) is 2.04 60ft, 12.50 at 112.5mph on 91. 2013 CLS550. No other mods. I'm hoping for......12.30s at 115?

Here is one run for comparison to you. Stock turbo, no TCU tune, just ECU custom tune and 3" downpipes and European pump gas. So you should run faster than this if you have 3" downpipes.

Thanks for the info! That's cookin. Who did your tune? California has really stiff smog laws so I'm still on stock downpipes for now....don't want to change them back every 2 yrs...

My tuner is Motorbit in Finland. Very skillful place.
M278 downpipes are really restricted and tiny. Back in the day I did measure those and post to this forum with pics. If you want to know, should found here.
If I was you and swap just once in two year I would do it.
