2014 CLS 550 Questions
I just bought a 2014 CLS 550 and I have a few questions:
1. What is the correct chassis code? W218 or C218?
2. It has the HK Premium Sound, I see the option to connect a device under Audio, and it connects and i can play audio through the Bluetooth, but I can't find the option to connect the phone under the Tel screen? it doesn't have BT Cell connection?
3. I have a message that one of the TPMS sensors in the back is missing, what would be the best approach to replace it? If I buy a sense what would be the best way to code it?
4. What are the best software tools to get to code and diagnose this car?

Answers for nos 1,3,4 below US spec 2014 CLS550
C218 is used interchangeably with W218 but C is more appropriate cos Mb classified this as a coupe
TPMS from this era of MB is super easy - get the part number from your dealer, search the internet for the cheapest OEM seller of that part, install into the wheel, drive for 5 + miles and it should show up on your center screen assuming you have the tire pressure display selected
There will be an online presence in this MBWorld forum who will let you know of their vast coding capabilities. Just give it a a while and they will likely reach out to you. I believe they are a sponsor on MB World.
